Vince Veloso Man with the Horn

You may have seen him on Urban Latino, the Fox n Friends Morning show or the Main event at the Montreal Jazz Festival 2002. You probably have heard him on tenor sax and trumpet if you've ever watched the show Trading Spaces, on flute on Showtime's original movies theme or all three on MTV An NYU Music graduate, he has studied with Ted Nash, Ralph Lalama, Vincent Herring, Steve Coleman, Jerome Callet, Kenny Werner and George Garzone. Since 1995 he has worked and/or performed with world class Jazz, Latin and funk acts from, King Chango, Pachamassive, Frank Foster, Ozomatli to Sean Lennon. For 7 years he taught winds, brass, drums, piano and strings at From the top music Studios. He bids farewell to his great friends, students and teaching with a final recital December 2nd. In this retrospective he will perform on saxophones, trumpet, trombone, piano, guitar and voice. Joining him will be world famous drummer Jazz Sawyer, bassist Jeff Hanley, trombonist Jason Seymour and a few mystery guests.
